Kentaro Saito, a solo Jazz guitar artist hailing from Tokyo, Japan, is a distinguished graduate of the School of Jazz at New School University in New York, completing his studies in 2000. With a musical journey that began on the campus in 1998, Kentaro has been a dedicated performer of lounge Jazz, becoming an integral part of the vibrant New York City Jazz scene during an era when live music graced numerous restaurants and hotels.

Having honed his skills in an environment where weekly gigs demanded a high level of responsibility, Kentaro faced the challenge of sudden band member cancellations. This pivotal moment led him to master the art of solo guitar performance, a skill he has consistently demonstrated
since then.
Returning to his roots in Tokyo, Japan in 2003, Kentaro later relocated to California in 2018.
